“Well, I didn’t go to George Stevens Academy for nothing!”

Ahhh, Fall. It’s the time of year for hot cider, crisp cool air, and Halloween. But here at GSA, it is also the time for Ms. Richards’ annual trip to Boston, which took place on Saturday, October 20. For those who don’t know, the Boston trip is when willing students wake up at 4:00 AM and sacrifice one Saturday of the year to travel down to Massachusetts with their classmates for a day of fun. This year, the agenda included walking around the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, blowing cash in Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, and rounding off the night by attending the play “Sheer Madness!”. This year, chaperones were Ms. Knight, Mrs. Pelletier, Mr. Gilden, and Ms. Richards herself. The day included Ms. Knight’s group getting separated from their teacher in the museum, watching the street performer’s expo, and not hitting any deer or running into any freak snowstorm. We also learned that Ms. Knight is a VERY talented ventriloquist, so watch out the next time you see her! Overall, the day was very successful, and nobody lost any limbs due to juggling chainsaws.
